We have found that Negotiable Over works well in getting enquiries, set a realistic price and set your Negotiable Over price just slightly under this. - Price?
The most important part is to set a realistic price. You can find out what similar properties in your area have sold for by clicking on any of the links to QV on our site. We recommend setting a realistic Negotiable Over price, this gives buyers an idea on what price range the house is in, but lets you have some flexibility in negotiations. $__________________ - Teaser.
The teaser is used to introduce your property., eg “Cute Cottage”, “Waterfront Delight”, "Affordable Luxury" etc. (max 50 characters)

Write a Description that tells people about your property. Choose words that best describe your home pointing out the main features. (eg "A modern, 3 bedroom executive home nestled in the heart of Downtown Wellington. Easy-care section with automatic in-ground watering system, large patios covered by an attractive pergola...). This can be done in word or similar and spell checked then pasted in or typed in directly. Take your time and remember to list the best features of you property. Check some of the other listings for ideas if necessary. (Max 1000 characters)

Take as many as you like using a digital camera (don’t have a digital camera? Post the pictures to us, please email us for details). Take photographs of both inside, and outside in different lights and from different angles. Remember these are the photographs that will give the first impression of your property, so take the time to move any vehicles or other items, mow lawns etc. Simple things like a bottle of wine and glasses on an outside table can enhance the mood of a photo. Select your best photo, this will be your main photo and will be used for features, signs and brochures etc. Depending on what listing package you chose, you will need 3, 6, 9 or 15 photos
