The www.houses.co.nz website has been on-line since 1996 and is one of the longest running Real Estate websites in New Zealand.

However until purchased by the current owners in October 2006 it had not been actively marketed. Even without active marketing the site had been receiving up to 6 million hits a year from prospective purchasers in New Zealand and from overseas.

The number of hits per year for 2004 through to 2009 averaged over 5.5 million per year and 2010 is already showing very good traffic. The website is now being actively advertised and marketed both in New Zealand and internationally and we expect the number of hits to increase substantially.
